What methods do you use to ship?

All items are shipped via USPS using either First Class or Priority Mail. All items ship within 1-2 business days. When your item(s) ship you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking email includes a link to be able your shipment all the way to its destination. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please let us know right away if you need to change your shipping address. All items ship within 1-2 business days, and odds are good if you contact us before then we can still make the adjustment.

Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately, same delivery is not available. Our fastest class of service is USPS Priority Mail.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I pay by check?

We do not accept payment by check. We do accept payment via PayPal as well as all major credit cards.

What if I need to modify my order?

We want to make sure you love what you've bought.

So, if you need to modify your order, please reach out to us at the email on your purchase email as soon as possible. We ship within 1-2 business days and want to be sure to catch any changes before your order ships.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for up to 60 days after the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing card within 3 business days of receipt.

How can I return an item?

I hope you love what you got, but buying on the internet can be tough – I know that. So, if you need to return your item, in original condition, we have a no-hassle returns portal on all purchases within the first 60 days.It really is as easy as 1-2-3-4.

  1. Go to the returns portal and enter your delivery order number and zip code. You can find your order number on all order emails, on your packing slip, and in your account history on this site.
  2. Select the item(s) to return and choose your return reason.
  3. Print the pre-paid USPS label.
  4. Tape the label to the original packaging and drop the package at your nearest USPS mailbox or mail center.
Do you issue refund checks?

No, we refund only to the same method used for purchase. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing card within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
